The hotel had a great location close to the hospital and some restaurants that I like. It was convenient for our visit and made it easy to find places to eat. Our room had a lovely view over Caroline Bay. It was such a pleasant surprise to be able to enjoy the scenery from our window. The staff at the hotel were attentive and made sure our room had the heating on when we arrived, making it cozy on a cold night. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and we were happy to find that breakfast was available as well.

Great location next to the state highway and an easy walk to the beach & town centre. Rooms are cozy with the heating on when we arrived, and some even have two balconies with stunning views over Caroline Bay. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The stairs to our room were outside and exposed to the weather. This made them a bit slippery and dangerous to use when it rained.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Timaru. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the shops and Caroline Bay. Our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable lounge area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the milk in the fridge for our coffee.

The hotel was a bit dated and lacked air conditioning, but we were provided with a fan. The stairs leading to the 2nd floor were a bit challenging, but it didn't deter us from enjoying our stay.

We stayed in a room with a separate bedroom and a combined full kitchen, dining and lounge with a balcony that looked out over a park and coast views. It's easy to walk down to the beach or town center, and there are restaurants and bars nearby.

We were disappointed by the cleanliness of our room. Despite the extra charge, the dishes were dirty, and the overall room could have been cleaner.

Spent Xmas at a motel near Timaru. The room was clean and well-kept, and we had a great view from the balcony. The motel was located near the beach, and it was nice to take walks on the sandy shore. The super-friendly staff made it easy to check-in and check-out.

The bed was uncomfortable, and we woke up sore every morning. We also felt that the parking was a bit of an issue, as there were not enough spaces to cater to all the guests.
